The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently approved a batch of industry standards, among which four valve standards will be implemented from December 1, 2018. These 4 standards are "valve starting device, technology, conditions" "thermal insulation jacket valve" "copper float type automatic exhaust valve" "LIQUEFIED natural gas axial flow check valve", which "valve pneumatic device technical conditions" JB/T 13460-2018 standard will replace the original JB/T8864-2004 version, the other 3 are new standards.
"Valve pneumatic device Technical Conditions" specifies the valve pneumatic device terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage. The standard is suitable for working pressure 0.4mpa -- 0.7mpa, working environment temperature -20℃ -- 60℃, the air source is clean, dry air or nitrogen or other compressible gas (shall not contain corrosive gases, solvents or other liquids), the straight stroke pneumatic device for straight motion and the Angle stroke pneumatic device for rotary motion supporting the valve. Not suitable for thin film pneumatic devices.
"Thermal insulation jacket valve" specifies the thermal insulation jacket valve terminology and definition, structure type, technical requirements, thermal insulation jacket materials, test and inspection methods, inspection rules, signs and supply requirements. This standard applies to insulated jacket gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves and butterfly valves with nominal pressure PN16 -- PN160 and nominal size DN15 -- DN600. Other specifications and types of insulation jacket valve can refer to use.
"Copper Float Automatic exhaust Valve" specifies the structure type, technical requirements, materials, test and inspection methods, inspection rules, marks, protection, packaging, storage and transportation of copper float automatic exhaust valve. The standard is applicable to exhaust valves for heat pumps with nominal pressure not greater than PN16, nominal size DN8 -- DN25, working temperature -20℃ -- 110℃, working medium water or glycol solution concentration ≤30%.
The "LIQUEFIED natural Gas Axial flow Check Valve" specifies the structure type, technical requirements, inspection and test methods, inspection rules, marks, protection, packaging, storage and transportation of liquefied natural gas axial flow check valve. This standard applies to nominal pressure PN16 -- PN250, nominal size DN50 -- DN600, flanged and welded axial flow check valves working in liquefied natural gas. Other low temperature axial flow check valves with temperatures higher than -162℃ can also be used.
